The Section 321 duty exemption is reducing our customer's cost of goods 15% to over 40% depending on the product.

How it Works:

Windsor Fulfillment is a Canadian customs bonded warehouse, (our sublocator code is 6033) so our customers route their inbound PO’s to the Windsor ON, port number 445 and move the shipment in-bond to our warehouse so they don’t pay any upfront US or Canadian import duties, tariffs or taxes. This is a huge cash flow benefit. Plus, inventory can stay in-bond for up to 4 years.

We use this in-bond inventory to pick pack and label all of our customer’s orders. US orders, once picked, packed, and labeled, are trucked the 25 miles from our Windsor warehouse over the border and into Detroit where they are tendered to the routed carrier as domestic parcel shipments. Every customer order of $800 or less can qualify for the Section 321 duty + tariff exemption and enter into the US duty free. This is a huge reduction in our clients cost of goods.

Canadian Orders

Canadian orders ship directly from our Windsor warehouse as domestic parcel shipments. Potential Canadian customers will no longer see exponentially higher shipping costs and longer transit times so your products become much more affordable to the Canadian market and over 70% will deliver in two days using a ground service level.

International Orders

Orders destined to Europe, Asia, Australia, etc. also ship directly from our Windsor warehouse without paying any US or Canadian duties taxes or fees providing additional savings.
