WFC provides comprehensive returns services to all our clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. For our US-based returns, items are routed to our MI cross-dock facility and then transported back to our bonded warehouse. Each return is meticulously processed according to our customers' unique returns Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), with the goal of restoring products to first-quality condition whenever possible. Units that successfully pass our rigorous Quality Control (QC) inspection are promptly returned to stock and made available for immediate resale. This thorough approach ensures that returned items are handled with the utmost care and efficiency, maximizing their potential for reuse and maintaining high standards of quality for our clients.
